The heart of the Membership - a community of like-minded women, people who believe in you - even on the days when you don't quite believe in yourself.

Back of the packer, full time working mum to children with Special Educational Needs
Joining the TriActivate membership has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made.
It is such an incredible, supportive community of women, no matter whether your training sessions, races, or events have gone completely right or spectacularly wrong, everyone is always there to lift you up, offer advice, and cheer you on.
When you look at everything included, it is brilliant value for money, what you get out of it easily cancels out the cost (absolute girl maths!).
But above all, Lucy is just fantastic. She is so patient and supportive, and she has an amazing way of keeping my excitable, FOMO-driven brain in check so I don't end up signing up for every single event under the sun.
Instead, she keeps me focused, grounded, and on track with realistic training plans and ideas that actually work.
As a full-time working mum with kids who have special educational needs, finding the time and headspace for multisport can feel like a massive juggling act. But I also know that exercise is what helps me manage that whole juggling act.
Being a proud, slower back of the pack athlete, I sometimes worry about fitting in or keeping up, but this community never makes you feel that way.
Lucy completely understands the realities of real life outside of training, and the membership gives me the flexibility, grace, and structure I need to make it all work without the guilt.
I love having access to a coach who understands women’s physiology, answers my many questions, and has been in our shoes herself. I can get advice from someone who genuinely understands, rather than trawling through conflicting opinions online.
But the TriActivate membership has given me so much more than training advice.
As someone who is probably over-ambitious, over-optimistic and always looking for the next challenge, it’s helped me recognise the value of rest and recovery, and change how I approach setbacks.
The variety of women in the Membership is brilliant, and it’s one of the most supportive communities I’ve been part of, with everyone genuinely cheering each other on and celebrating each other’s achievements.
The biggest benefit for me has been learning to approach my goals with a little more perspective, while still being encouraged to dream big. Some women in the group benefit from Lucy encouraging them to aim higher, while some of us benefit from her adding a little realism and common sense to our plans!
She strikes a brilliant balance between supporting your ambitions and helping you make sensible decisions along the way.
I highly recommend the TriActivate membership, whatever your goals and wherever you are on your journey towards them!

First triathlon 2024
Trained for Ironman Barcelona 2026 (but event cancelled)

This year I did my first Half Ironman distance Aquabike.
It's a massive thing for me because I’d only done my first triathlon in 2024. And I’d been telling myself a story that only “proper athletes” can do these big distances - men in lycra with really expensive bikes, and everyone else would know exactly what to do except for me.
I had to learn to deal with mechanicals, plan my own routes… I couldn’t even reliably get a bottle off the bike to have a drink.
But Lucy coached me through building up the skills and the confidence to increase the distance between stops to drink.
I learnt to back myself until I had the confidence to take it on, from Lucy giving me some solid tools on mindset to encouragement for my long rides from the members in TriActivate.
I had an absolute blast of a day, partly, I think, because I had grown in confidence so much over the training process.

Lucy’s online S&C classes follow such a fantastic structure where you are always challenged but really supported.
I feel my running form has improved and my confidence too.
The membership is such an amazing community. It really does feel like we're all working together to inspire each other to try new things.
Having everyone in the Membership backing me up and cheering me on has meant more to me than you will ever know.
I love the community because it’s a safe space where I can freely exchange ideas, fears, and motivation.
The group keeps me accountable beyond a single season or goal—and supports me even when life gets in the way or I have a wobble.
It's absolutely amazing value and there's such a lot on there in terms of resources, videos and information.
The coaching and masterclasses are especially helpful!
I credit my happy, strong finish in the Eryri (Snowdonia) marathon largely to Lucy’s nutrition advice from a masterclass and 1-1 coaching.
Lucy’s guidance, coaching call and the amount of information available through the Membership is brilliant and gave me the confidence to book my first sprint triathlon!
It has been so awesome to hear how many women in their 40s and 50s are just doing absolute kick- things.
And it is genuinely, so inspiring and there is something so exciting about seeing women putting themselves first, prioritising their goals.
Joining TriActivate and working with Lucy this year has really helped me to keep my training consistent throughout what was also a busy year in my personal life.
I didn't burn out from training too much or get any injuries from trying to build too quickly. As Lucy says - don't overestimate what you can do in a day, or underestimate what you can do in a year!
Sessions are on different days and times each month to try and maximise the number of people that can join. I try to pick the best times for current members (usually weekdays at lunch time or after 6pm). All the main sessions are recorded so you can catch up when suits you.
